Weeks 1–4
Foundation
Lift 3 days. Log your food. Hit your protein. Walk on the off days. We start with your weight, your waist, and a photo.
South Reno peptide clinic
A 12-week weight loss program, keep-the-muscle aftercare, plus recovery and vitality consults — same office on South Virginia Street. You talk to me, not a call center, and nothing starts until we sit down.

Peptide clinic program
This is the plan I used. Lift, walk, eat enough protein, and check in with me every week. If a peptide or a GLP-1 belongs in it, we decide that in the room — not from a form.
01
Weeks 1–4
Lift 3 days. Log your food. Hit your protein. Walk on the off days. We start with your weight, your waist, and a photo.
02
Weeks 5–8
Four lifting days, upper and lower. Cardio you can talk through. Sauna a few times a week. Cold after, not right after the lift.
03
Weeks 9–12
Same schedule, heavier. Short intervals twice a week. If the scale stalls for 2 weeks, we cut a little food or add steps — protein stays.
A consult first. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so.
Also in the clinic
Tissue, joints, injury prevention
For the same necks, backs, and sports injuries that walk through this door — and to keep the next one from happening. If an adjustment got you most of the way and something is still slow to heal, we talk about whether a recovery protocol belongs.
Energy, sleep, the long game
The slow fade people feel after years of work, training, and not quite recovering. We talk honestly about what a protocol can and cannot do, then decide in the room.

How a consult works
Name, number, and what you’re hoping for. You reach me — not a front desk.
I text or call, usually the same day. If it isn’t a fit, I say so before you drive over.
Same South Virginia Street room, across from Whole Foods. We go through history, goals, and whether a protocol belongs.
A plan if it fits. An honest no if it doesn’t. You come back when you need to — peptides or an adjustment.
The first step
This is a one-doctor office. When you request the 12-week program, a peptide consult, or an adjustment, it comes to me. I read it. I reply.
Already a patient? Use the same form. Say so in the note if you want — I probably already know your name.
Straight answers
Peptide protocols are discussed in a consult. They are not a substitute for medical or emergency care, and nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results. Fit is determined in person.
